Launch of new season
MEMBERS of the Upper Bann University of the Third Age (U3A) are to launch a new season of activities this Friday, September 3.
The nationwide organisation provides learning opportunities and recreational activities for those no longer in full time employment or retired.
The group’s Bridge Club will be held each Friday in Portadown Rugby Club from 10-12am.
Other activities organised by U3A include Spanish classes, poetry appreciation and arts and crafts.
