Extremely well resourced, and staffed with experienced, fully qualified teachers and classroom assistants led by new principal Jacqueline Coulter, Ballymena Nursery School also works closely with parents to ensure that the children who attend find it an extension of a loving and caring home.

A rich and exciting curriculum that is play-based and specially tailored is provided which ensures that, very importantly, ‘learning is fun’.

Learning opportunities are provided which permit each child to develop his or her intellect, to communicate, to make choices, to develop a healthy body and lively mind, and to relate to others.

And, through a rich programme of play your child will develop across many areas such as language, the Arts, the world around us, physical movement and development, early maths, and also, personal, social and emotional development.
