Let not your good intentions wane

Though life holds many cares and disruptions

Let not your good intentions wane,

A believing heart will light the way

And renew your strength again.

The Lord is always there to assist us

Allow nothing to mar your rest,

Rather leave all safely within His keeping

He knows of the turbulence and the test.

Which strengthens us throughout the journey

As we abide in His unchanging power,

So freely offered to each of His children

No matter the time, the day or the hour.

Each season leaves its special memories

Changes we find, flowers fade away,

Yet seeds of expectancy await the sower

The darkest night gives birth to day.
