A Letterkenny out-of-hours health centre and a children’s indoor play facility are to be auctioned in Dublin next week.

A retail warehouse on the Oldtown Road, Letterkenny, a unit of which is let to the Health Service Executive (HSE), trading as the Now Doc Medical Centre, and another unit of which is let to an individual trading as Dizzie Rascals, will be auctioned in the RDS with a reserve ranging from 490,000 to 540,000 euros.

Elsewhere, a plot of land between Bridgend and Grianan of Aileach with views of Inishowen will also be auctioned with a reserve price of 5,000 euros.

The land extending to approximately 0.202 hectares (0.5 acres), located at Carrow Reagh, is amongst 192 properties set to feature in an Allsop Space auction on October 22 in the RDS.

Further afield several Dublin pubs are also going under the hammer including The Grange Inn in Stoneybatter, Walters Café Bar in Dun Laoghaire, Cleary’s Pub in Inchicore, and a former pub at 13 High Street just around the corner from Christchurch Cathedral.
