Library hosts war tale

A performance telling the tale of two brothers who fought in World War One and the Easter Rising will take place at Larne Library later this month.

‘All for the Dead Man’s Penny’, a performance by Liz Weir and fiddle player Ciaran Mulholland, will be held on Wednesday July 27 from 3pm-4pm.

The performance tells the story in words and music of a young Irish soldier fighting in World War One, while his brother takes part in the Easter Rising.
