Life after Loss Butterfly Walk

The charity group Life After Loss, which has a Foyle branch that meets once a month, will host a Butterfly Walk and Release next Sunday, July 5.

It will take place between 4pm and 6pm at picturesque Barnett’s Demesne, in Belfast.

Local co-ordinator for the Foyle branch, Julie-Ann Coll, said the gentle walk will begin at Malone House, and will wend its way through Barnetts Demesne.

“The Butterfly Walk and Release is the perfect opportunity for the whole family to get involved in a lovely day out in recognition of the little lives that were all to brief,” said Julie-Ann.

“We will finish the afternoon with a Butterfly Release at Malone House. The event is open to everyone who has experience the loss of a child and sponsor sheets are available.”
