Lifford building firm in receivership
BANK of Scotland (Ireland) last week appointed Tom Kavanagh of Kavanagh Fennell as receiver of all the assets and properties of the Lifford-based building firm McGinley Construction.
The firm which is located in the Hollands, Lifford, Co Donegal last filed accounts in December 2007.
Notice was given on July 6 that Mr Kavanagh had been appointed receiver “over all of the assets and properties of the company.”
