Lincoln Court and Clooney festival gets underway

The joint Lincoln Court and Clooney summer community festival gets under way in the grounds of Ebrington Primary School this Wednesday, July 8, and runs until Friday, July 10.

All the action will be taking place in a community marquee with stacks of activities on offer in this family-friendly event.

The event’s been organised by the Lincoln Court Youth and Community Association and the Clooney Estate Residents’ Association.

Community police will be in attendance from 2pm to 6.30pm on Friday for bike safety.

Come along and have your bicyle marked by the PSNI for theft prevention.

After the festival the associations will be also running a series of summer day trips.

The trips are to Lurgybrack Farm, July 14; Belfast Zoo, July 15; Tropical World, July 16; W5 Odyssey Arena, July 17; Dundonald Ice Bowl, July 20; Bowling Alley, July 21; Portrush/Portstewart, July 22; Leisureland Redcastle, July 23; Bundoran, July 24.
