Lisburn Action Cancer Music Night

A fantastic musical night out is in store next week, as the Lisburn Action Cancer Group run a Musical Concert in the Village Centre, Hillsborough.

Taking place on Wednesday 21 October, the concert will see performances from the Sound of Solace Action Cancer choir, as well as the Ormeau Concert Band.

Local Group Support Assistant Ethan Loughrey, from Action Cancer said: “Our Lisburn volunteers are an incredible group of people who, in the last decade alone, have raised almost £60,000 for the charity.

“I can assure everyone they will be in for a great night’s entertainment, and would really people to come down and have a lovely evening, while supporting a good cause.”

Doors will open at 7.15pm for an 8pm start, and the concert will end at 10pm. Tickets are £6 and can be purchased at the door.

Action Cancer, Northern Ireland’s leading local cancer charity, relies heavily on donations from the general public and business community in Northern Ireland to provide a range of vital, life-saving services including digital breast screening services (40-49 and 70+), men’s MOT health checks, counselling, complementary therapy, and health promotion.
