Lisburn man charged over indecent images of children

A Lisburn man has been returned for trial to Craigavon Crown Court on charges of making indecent photographs of children.

Patrick Stewart (28), Chestnut Lodge, Drumbo, Lisburn, appeared today (Friday) at a preliminary enquiry at Craigavon courthouse.

The first charge against him alleges that on December 3, 2014, he was in possession of an indecent photograph of a child.

He also faces 12 charges that between December 4, 2011, and December 4, 2014, he made an indecent photograph of a child.

Stewart was remanded on £600 bail to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on April 7.
