Lisburn Square sale rumours
Speculation has been mounting that Lisburn Square may have been sold.
The shopping centre went on the market earlier this year, priced at just £2 million, around 10% of its original £23 million build price.
There has been rumours that the development has been snapped up. However, a spokesperson for CBRE, worlds leading commercial property and real estate services adviser, said they could not confirm a buyer at this stage.
