Lisburn students meet with the Irish President

TWENTY Business Administration students and tutors from the Lisburn campus of South Eastern Regional College (SERC) have met the President of Ireland during an educational, one-day visit to Dublin.

As part of their studies, and to get an insight into cultural diversity, the Level two and three students visited Aras an Uachtaráin, the official residence of the President for a private reception and meeting with President Michael D Higgins.

The President gave the students an insight into his life and the daily operations of the Office of the President of Ireland. The reception was followed by an extremely interesting and enjoyable tour of the Official Residence.
