Lord Morrow said: “The Human Trafficking and Exploitation Bill that I am seeking support for in the Northern Ireland Assembly contains measures designed to tackle the scourge of human trafficking . . .

“Already I have been impressed by the large range of organisations who have given their support to this legislative initiative. I am very grateful to groups such as Women’s Aid, the Irish Congress of Trade Unions and local churches for their help and support.

“I hope as many people as possible will come along to Lagan Valley Island to hear more about the bill.”
