Lisnagarvey WI will have AGM at Christchurch
Lisnagarvey WI ladies held their annual meeting at Christ Church halls.
They heard an inspiring talk by Dr Janet Gray MBE. Followed by a delicious supper of sandwiches and the tray bakes for which the WI is so well known, provided by Maze-Brookfield and Derriaghy WI’s.
After supper Helen Dunlop presented the many prizes won by members for the area competitions. Everyone settled back to enjoy themselves as Crumlin took them back 100 years to the first World War in songs and laughter as they watched them hang out their smalls on the Siegfried Line.
