Lisnagelvin pool temporary closure
The Swimming Pool and Health Suite at Lisnagelvin Leisure Centre will be temporary closed for a number of days this week due to a malfunction of the valves responsible for maintaining adequate water levels.
A City Council spokesperson apologised for any inconvenience, and said work was being carried out to repair the valves, and restore normal service as soon as possible.
“The pool will be closed for a number of days this week while the issue is being resolved. Anyone who has made bookings to use the pool will be accommodated at Templemore Sports Complex, and anyone with any queries should contact leisure centre reception staff directly at 028 7134 7695 for further information. The Fitness Suite at the leisure centre will be open as usual throughout the week. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and hope to have things up and running as soon as possible.”
