Litterers fined

Linda McCaughley, Princes Street, Lurgan was fined 75 plus 94 costs for failing to provide details requested on an Article 20 Litter Notice in relation to a litter offence observed at Lough Road, Lurgan.

Stuart Frederick Adamson, Castle Meadows, Gilford, was fined 75 plus 88 costs for failing to pay a 50 fixed penalty litter notice.

Michael Hannath, Killycomain Road, Portadown was fined 75 plus 91 costs for a litter offence committed at Bridge Street, Portadown.

Conleth O’Dowd, Banbridge Road, Gilford, was fined 90 plus 91 costs for a litter offence committed at Rushmere Shopping Centre car park.

Mervyn Proctor, Armagh Road, Portadown, was fined 60 plus 88 costs for failing to pay a 50 fixed penalty litter fine for an offence committed at Oxford Island Nature Reserve.

Tracie Rath, Old Court Manor, Craigavon, was fined 75 plus 91 costs for failing to comply with the requirements of an Article 20 Litter Notice, in relation to a litter offence committed at Woodhouse Street, Portadown.

All of the cases were heard at Craigavon Magistrates Court on February 8.
