Lloyds help out Save The Children
LLOYDS Banking Group colleagues successfully “took over” Coleraine’s Save the Children charity shop for a day recently in a bid to raise as much money as possible for the charity.
On the day, the Coleraine team sorted and sold stock with the aim to increase the income the shop made on the same date last year.
The team were able to achieve their goal, with 50% more money taken in their shop, compared to the same day last year.

Hide AdIn order to make this happen, for the two weeks leading up to the event, colleagues were collecting interesting and high value stock and taking it to their nearest Save the Children store.
In total over 500 Lloyds Banking Group colleagues took part, taking over 100 of the Save the Children charity shops across the UK raising money to support UK communities as part of the Group’s commitment to helping Britain prosper.
