Local beaches’ water ‘excellent’
Three local beaches have been recognised for excellent bathing water quality in the Marine Conservation Society’s Good Beach Guide.
Brown’s Bay, Ballygally and Carnlough beaches were among a record number of beaches to reach the standard. More than 70% of beaches tested had excellent water quality.
