Local businesses pleased to gainWorldhost status

A number of local businesses have become the latest organisations in Northern Ireland to gain national recognition for their commitment to customer service, after being award WorldHost Recognised Business Status.
Ian Brown, from Café Couture, Barbara Evans, Proprietor Mount Slemish Boarding Kennels Cattery and Dog Grooming and Heather Barr, Pinegrove Lodge Bed and Breakfast who received Worldhist certificates from Sammy Gamble of the Department for Employment and Learning at Café Couture last week. Included is Jean Haworth, Worldhost Trainer and Café Couture staff members Poppy Bradshaw, Tanya Rainey and  Natasha Campbell. With over 90% of their staff trained to WorldHost standards, Cafe Couture, Mount Slemish Boarding Kennels and Pinegrove Lodge Bed and Breakfast have officially become WorldHost Recognised Businesses and were officially presented with their awards by Mr Sammy Gamble, Operations Manager, Skills Solutions, at a reception at Cafe Couture.
