Local churches run foodbanks
Two local churches in Lisburn city centre are reaching out to people in need in the community.
Railway Street Presbyterian Church set up a foodbank in 2011 and has been helping people in Lisburn who are struggling to provide for their families in this current difficult economic climate.
Lisburn Cathedral also operate a foodbank for the community in Hilhall through The Lighthouse.
