Local couple found love in the aisles!

Christine and Noel worked together at Asda Coleraine for over a year before romance blossomed, but four years later, and now man and wife, they could not be happier to have ‘bagged’ each other for life.

We struck up a friendship immediately,” said Christine, who is a colleague in the home shopping team.

“Noel works as the Security Section Leader in the Warehouse and is a real character – we always enjoyed each other’s company.”

Having ‘checked out’ each other, the pair realised they might be more than just friends.

“Noel invited me out for dinner and our romance began.

“We have supported each other through thick and thin and our relationship has marked a new chapter for us. We got married last November at a local hotel, and we couldn’t be happier. It was definitely worth the wait to meet the love of my life!”
