Local man is fined for making an unconsented discharge to a waterway
A Co Down man pleaded guilty and was fined a total of £300 plus £44 court costs and £15 Offenders Levy at Lisburn Magistrates’ Court.
Mr Christopher Rea, Fort Road, Ballylesson, Belfast was fined for making an unconsented discharge to a waterway (or water contained in an underground stratum) for the property and for contravening the conditions of an Article 8 Prevention Notice.
