Local professionals receive awards

LOCAL Human Resource & Development Professionals, Paula McCloskey and Paula Doyle, had their professional training and development achievements recognised at a prestigious awards ceremony organised by DMS Ireland.

The Ballymoney ladies were two of 118 candidates across Northern Ireland who successfully completed Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualifications this year with DMS Ireland, 55 of whom had their achievements recognised at the annual awards event at Stormont Hotel, Belfast.

Paula McCloskey completed the Foundation Award in Coaching & Mentoring and Paula Doyle completed the Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Development. Congratulating the award recipients on their achievements, Lynn Carson, Managing Director of DMS Ireland, said: “All of the award candidates are on a journey to achieve professional CIPD recognition.

“This requires a great deal of commitment and can often involve sacrificing personal time to complete personal reports and assignments.”
