THREE years of work on the Ballymoney Sharing Education Programme came to a close in Dalriada, just four days after the conclusion of the last individual project, “A Shared History – Titanic”.

A spokesperson said: “We were delighted to have in attendance Professor Tony Gallagher from QUB, and his colleagues Alastair Stewart and Mark Baker. They are responsible for SEP across Northern Ireland and have been very supportive of the work in Ballymoney. In addition all the principals from the partner schools were there along with teachers, facilitators, parents and pupils.

“The evening started with a brief welcome from Louise Crawford, Senior Teacher with responsibility for SEP, and then Mary Doherty, Project Co-ordinator, outlined the programme for the evening.”
