Locals urged to join Vanessa on Praxis walk challenge

THE Manager of Praxis Care’s Secret Garden in Hillsborough is asking local people to join her in signing up to the charity’s Two Peaks Walk Challenge on August 25 and 26.

The challenge is to climb the twin peaks of Carrantuohill (Co Kerry) and Slieve Donard (Co Down) over the course of the weekend to raise funds for the work of Praxis.

Individuals need to raise £495 and this covers the cost of transport, food and accommodation for the weekend.
