Londonderry hosts Flagship Twelfth

THE first ever UK City of Culture today hosted a Flagship Twelfth celebration.

Tens of thousands of members of the Orange Order as well as bands and supporters packed into parts of Londonderry, especially the Waterside.

Amid splendid sunshine, the colourful parade proceeded to the Field at Wilton Park.
