Looking back: Fabulous season for Lismore
A fabulous season of sporting success culminated in double All-Ireland victories for the netballers of Lismore School in 2002.
The young Minor team, undefeated champions of the Southern Board area and Northern Ireland title holders, were first to feature in a final.
Despite trailing at the halfway stage the young Lismore team fought back bravely and ran out 17-9 winners.
