Loreto anti-bullying campaign pooster winners

Recently, winners of this school-wide competition were rewarded at College Assembly. The competition was organised and devised by Cathaoir McKay, a Year 14 student, and was open to students in Years 8-10.

The competition winners in Year 8 were: 1, Kelcie Bradley; 2, Amy Darragh; 3, Zofia Czajka. In Year 9, the winners were: 1, Katie Mulholland; 2, Hale Gunes; 3, Sophie Moore. Finally in Year 10 the winners were 1, Nikola Felinska; 2, Cathaoir McCloskey; 3, Erin McNicholl.

Mr Michael James, who chaired the adjudicating committee, commented that the standard of entries had been very strikingly high, adding that the final adjudication had been difficult with so many outstanding posters to choose from. All the designers were congratulated by Mr Paul Cunning, Head of Art and Design at the College, and commended on their effort, enthusiasm and talent in entering such outstanding posters for this tightly-contested competition.
