Lurgan Collegepupils learninterview skills
PUPILS at Lurgan College took part in an interview skills day organised by the school’s careers department in conjunction with Sentinus.
They spent the morning session thinking about how to market a product, after which they looked at how to market themselves in the world of work.
The application process was then dissected so that pupils then took an in-depth look at application forms and interview skills.
After lunch all pupils were divided into small groups where they put their learning into practice by taking part in individual interviews. Experienced interviewers carried out these interviews.
