Maghera man caught fighting on CCTV ‘after one too many drinks’
A landscaper caught on CCTV fighting with another man in Maghera, was fined £215 when he appeared at Magherafelt Magistrates Court.
Ronan Moohan (25), of Crewe Drive, Maghera, admitted a charge of disorderly behaviour at Main Street in the town on December 24 last.
A defence solicitor said defendant had been out with his sister and had “one too many” drinks.
District Judge Alan White said it was case of having too much to drink just before Christmas.
