Magherafelt swimming pools to reopen on Saturday morning
Magherafelt swimming pools will reopen on Saturday morning, after they were closed due to an accident.
On Thursday evening, a glass panel fell and smashed at the poolside forcing the closure of the swimming facility.
A spokesperson for Mid Ulster council said: “All the pools at Greenvale Leisure Centre will re-open tomorrow [Saturday] morning.
“The viewing gallery will remain closed.
“We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank everyone for their patience and understanding to date.”
