Maiden City models soughtto mark 20th birthday

Londonderry ladies are renowned for their beauty, so it won’t be difficult selecting the ‘Face of Foyleside’ to mark the shopping centre’s 20th birthday.

That’s according to Tracey Rodgers, Director of the Style Academy Modelling, which is searching for a modelling superstar from counties Londonderry, Tyrone and Donegal.

To mark its 20th Anniversary, Foyleside Shopping Centre, in conjunction with Fashion Fest 2015 and Style Academy Model Agency, is calling on budding young models to compete in the most prestigious modelling competition in the Province.

Ms Rodgers said: “We are thrilled to be working with Foyleside Shopping Centre on such a land mark occasion – what better way to celebrate their success than to find a local ‘face of fashion’ to represent them in their 20th year.

“The ladies of Derry/Londonderry are renowned for their beauty, so we know we will be spoiled for choice in our search for ‘Face of Foyleside’.”

Over the next six weeks twelve lucky finalists will be chosen and fully trained to compete in a catwalk fashion show at Foyleside Shopping Centre on Saturday, September 26 to mark the Centre’s 20th anniversary.

The overall winner will pick up a host of prizes, including a modelling contract with Style Academy Model Agency and the chance to model at Derry City & Strabane District Council’s Fashion Fest 2015 in November.
