Major clean-up in Kilwilke area

THE pathways to the rear of the houses in the Kilwilke estate have undergone a major clean-up by the Housing Executive.

And Councillor Johnny McGibbon, chair of the Craigavon Environment Committee, has voiced his congratulations.

The Loughside councillor said: “The team behind this work was responsible for a thorough and extensive clean up of these paths which had been neglected and allowed to grow wild. The work team chipped away the accumulation of weeds and removed the debris and litter from the area and have made the pathways accessible for old and young alike.”
