Male impaled on railings after falling off roof
Emergency services came to the aid of a Larne male after he impaled his leg on railings this afternoon.
According to the PSNI, the incident occurred after the victim fell off a roof.
Police, Ambulance Service, NI Air Ambulance, Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and local people were all involved in the response.
Larne PSNI said the male was transferred to hospital for treatment to a “nasty injury”.
