Man (21) attacked close to Lurgan Park

Police are probing the assault of a 21-year old man who was viciously attacked outside Lurgan Park .

The incident happened at around 9pm on Friday, 30 October, close to the junction of Windsor Avenue and Castle Lane.

The man was assaulted by a number of males, possibly aged in their 20s. The victim sustained a fractured cheek bone and bruising to his face and head.

Constable Chris Boyle said: “We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this assault or has information which may assist our investigation. We can be contacted in Lurgan on 101, quoting ref: 1144 311015.”
