Man, 59, faces sex offences
A man is to stand trial at Londonderry Crown Court accused of historic sex offences.
Frank Bradley (59), of Northland Road, faces five charges of indecent assault, allegedly committed between January 1977 and December 1979 against one person.
At Londonderry Magistrates’ Court, Bradley declined to say anything in answer to the charges and declined to call any evidence on his own behalf.
He was released on his own bail of £500 until his next appearance on May 31, and banned from having any contact with the alleged injured party.
