Man (61) admits indecent exposure charge
A 61-year-old man who has admitted indecently exposing himself will be sentenced next month at Banbridge Magistrates Court.
Edward William Allen, Reilly Court, Banbridge, pleaded guilty to the charge that on November 1 last year he exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm and distress.
At last Thursday’s court his barrister said that he wanted to get a medical report on the defendant.
Deputy District Judge, Mr John Connolly, adjourned the case until February 19 so that a pre-sentence report could be obtained.
