Man abusive to a police patrol
A 19 year old Lurgan man was put on probation and given community service when he appeared last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
Caolan Shannon, Mark Street had admitted an offence of disorderly behaviour on December 15, 2012. The case was deferred to see if he could stay out of trouble.
The court heard that Shannon had been abusive to police, shouting and seating at a foot patrol in Rectory Road. There had been no further offending during the deferment period.
Mulholland was put on probation for 12 months and given 40 hours community service.
