Man accused of damaging litter bin
A pre-sentence report was ordered at Magherafelt Magistrates Court in the case of a Tyrone man accused of damaging a litter bin.
James Carolan (21) of Kildrum, Galbally, is accused of damaging the bin, valued £78, belonging to Mid Ulster Council, in Magherafelt. The case was adjourned until January 4.
