Man accused of stab vest damage
A BELLAGHY man appeared in court accused of damaging a stab vest belonging to the PSNI.
Daniel Joseph Brady (24), from William Street in the village, also faces charges of disorderly behavour and resisting a police constable.
The alleged charges relate to an incident at Queen Street, Magherafelt, on August 3.
District Judge Mr Desmond Perry adjourned the case at Magherafelt Magistrates Court until September 12.
