Man accused of stealing £8,000 in jewellery and cash in Magherafelt burglary
A man has been sent for trial on a series of burglary charges relating to houses in Magherafelt, including the theft of £8,000 in jewellery and cash.
Stephen Meneice (36), c/o Thompson House, Antrim Road, Belfast, was formally charged with stealing £300 from a house on October 31 last, along with six similar charges.
He was also charged with damaging a window in a property on the same date, with two similar charges.

Hide AdThe alleged offences happened in the Hazelbrook and Parkmore areas of Magherafelt between October 24 and November 3 last year.
Meneice, who is in custody on other matters, was returned for arraignment at Londonderry Crown Court, on August 26, when he appeared at Magherafelt Magistrates Court.
