Man accused ofClass B supply
A 40-year-old man is to stand trial at Londonderry Crown Court accused of drugs offences.
Scott Dale Sotherton, with an address of Bury Old Road in Manchester, is charged with aiding and abetting possession of cannabis and being concerned in the supply of the class B drug. The offences were allegedly committed in September 2013.
A warrant was issued for Sotherton after he failed to appear in court last month and he was arrested earlier this week.
There was no application for bail and Sotherton was remanded in custody until December 17.
