A PSNI spokesman said that detectives working in the Reactive and Organised Crime Branch investigating who were investigating the seizure of cocaine at Nutts Corner in November 2015, had now arrested a 29-year-old man.

The arrest followed the search of a house in Londonderry on the morning of Thursday, August 4, the spokesman said.

Meanwhile, Detective Inspector Tom McClure, commenting on the arrest, said: “The man has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply a class A drug and other drugs supply offences and is currently in custody helping police with enquiries.”
