Man arrested over drugs seizure in Rathcoole

A 42-year-old man arrested in connection with a drugs seizure in Rathcoole last week has been released on police bail.

Officers from the D District Crime Team uncovered suspected Class A drugs with an estimated street value of more than £10,000 and a sum of money during a search operation at residential premises in Carnreagh Bend on Friday, October 3.

A PSNI spokesperson confirmed that the man has been “released on bail pending further enquiries.”
