Man banned on the tot up points system
On the tot up points system a 28 year old man was banned from driving for six months last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
He was Krzysztof Olczyk, Headington Lodge, Lurgan, and he admitted driving without insurance on July 2 last year.
The court heard that police saw the defendant driving on the Lough Road in Lurgan and it transpired his insurance had been cancelled on June 30. He said he was not aware the policy had been cancelled.
Olczyk was fined £200, ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy and given six penalty points.
