The planning permission had two conditions about visibility for road safety. The property was then built to the specifications of the planning permission.

Court heard that the property was located on a lane with several other residential properties on the same lane.

In May last year, Mr Henry was served with a breach notice for failing to comply with the planning conditions.

A solicitor told the court that a visibility display had been in place, but that new owners had moved into the property along the lane, where the display at been placed, and a new fence had been erected.

The solicitor said that Mr Henry was currently in negotiations with the land owner and was working to have the matter resolved.

District Judge Alan White told Mr Henry that the matter needed to be sorted out. He fined him 200, the defendant will also pay 104 in court costs.
