Man charged following drugs find

Police have arrested and charged a 28-year-old man with possession of class A drugs, possession of class A drugs with intent to supply as well as possession of class B and class C drugs.

The class A drugs, believed to be just over 170 grams of cocaine, have been sent for analysis.

The arrest and charges came after police searched a house on the Galgorm Road on Monday afternoon, May 19.

As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
