Man charged with breaking into Orange Hall in Pomeroy

A Brocagh man has appeared in court charged with breaking into an Orange Hall with the intent of causing damage.

Marc Devlin, 25, from Gortnaglough Road, stands accused of entering Mulnagore Orange Hall near Pomeroy as a trespasser on July 18 2009 with the intent to do unlawful damage to the building.

He is also stands charged with criminal damage to picture frames belonging to the Orange Lodge on the same date.

District Judge John Meehan adjourned the case until June 10 for the defendant’s attitude to the charges.
