Man charged with indecent assault
A 74-year-old man has been returned for trial to Craigavon Crown Court charged with indecent assault on a male person.
Patrick Lewsley, Kilwilke Road, Lurgan, appeared last Wednesday at a preliminary enquiry at Craigavon courthouse.
The charge against him alleges that on October 23, 1999, he indecently assaulted a male person. Lewsley was remanded on his own bail of £500 to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on May 22.
