Man charged with rape of boy
A man is to stand trial at Londonderry Crown Court accused of raping a teenage boy.
Michael Patrick Doherty, with a bail address in Jersey, faces two charges of rape allegedly committed between November 6 and November 9, last year.
The 41-year-old declined to say anything in answer to them or to call any evidence on his own behalf.
Defence counsel Nicola Coulter accepted there is a case for Doherty to answer.
Doherty was released on continuing bail to appear in court again on September 7.
